We may be staying safe at home, but don’t forget about your curbside pickup options! Uncle Bucks on Third is open for curbside pickup from Thursday-Saturday and the menu stays fresh by changing weekly. Orders will be taken over email or phone, too. In these unprecedented times, family-style meals are packaged hot upon ordering. The changing menu allows customers to have a unique experience every time they order.
Michael Vitucci has always loved downtown and started his journey in the downtown scene in 1985. He was attracted to the Fiserv Forum because it was an area that needed the product they could offer. Michael shares, “The street had pubs, but few offered an elevated experience.” Uncle Bucks and the areas on the next two levels of the building, coined as Red Star, offer a trendier menu and décor that appeals to a mature audience.
When customers can return for an in-person experience, they should be most excited for the open-air garage concept, as well as the multi-level patios where they can dine. The summer menu will also be unveiled upon Uncle Buck’s and Red Star’s return. Family-style entrees to-go will also stay on the menu.
Aside from being back to business as usual, Michael is most excited for the expansion of the Wisconsin Center, Fiserv events to come back and Bucks games (hopefully leading to the playoffs!).
