Genius@Work Provides Flexible Workspace for Professionals

A recent study revealed that 30% of professionals do not work in a traditional office space. Tapping into that trend, Genius@Work is offering entrepreneurs and downtown professionals a new hot spot.
Located at 611 N. Broadway, within the Hilton Garden Inn Milwaukee Downtown, Genius@Work provides a hub for events and an affordable solution to conventional office space with additional benefits. With numerous amenities catered to Milwaukee’s young professionals, the open workspace has been gaining traction since its January 26th opening.
Open 365 days a year, the new workspace provides guests with several features like Wi-Fi, flat screen TVs, secured keyed access, presentation equipment, access to printing, scanning, faxing and copying, plus ergonomic seating. Four distinct spaces, including the lounge, two studios and a conference room provide flexibility in private or group space. In addition, its proximity to the Hilton Garden Inn Milwaukee Downtown gives members additional perks, such as access to The Garden Grille Restaurant and Bar, trained hospitality, valet options and the opportunity to network with business travelers.
First Hospitality Group, the management group for the Hilton Garden Inn Milwaukee Downtown and Genius@Work, selected downtown Milwaukee as a location for the communal workspace concept given the city’s surge in investment and its unique infrastructure. Factors cited included a growing economy and entrepreneurial base, as well as three thriving universities; a convenient location with lakefront access; diverse dining options, breweries and shopping; and the connectivity along the Milwaukee RiverWalk.
